How to Use This Training

Welcome to RevArch Revenue Architecture Training. This course is designed to help you identify and fix the structural issues that make revenue unpredictable.

The training is practical by design. You will get the most value by applying each lesson to your own pipeline, CRM data, sales stages and forecasting process.

Before You Begin

  • Work through the Gates in order.
  • Use your own pipeline and CRM data wherever possible.
  • Complete the practical exercises as you progress.
  • Download the templates and resources before starting each exercise.
  • Avoid skipping ahead. Each Gate builds on the previous one.

The Recommended Flow

  • Gate 1: Diagnose where AI may amplify weak data, unclear structure and inconsistent sales processes.
  • Gate 2: Define your evidence-based ICP and buyer pressure signals.
  • Gate 3: Build stage architecture, stage progression criteria and forecast discipline.
  • Gate 4: Connect your revenue model, pipeline integrity and AI readiness.

How to Approach the Exercises

The exercises are not theoretical. They are designed to help you inspect how revenue currently moves through your business.

Where possible, use your 15 to 20 most recent won deals, recent lost deals, current opportunities and actual CRM stage data. This will give you a clearer view of where your revenue process is strong, where it is inconsistent and where AI tools could increase risk.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of the training, you should have a clearer view of your ICP, buyer urgency signals, qualification standards, stage progression criteria, conversion benchmarks and revenue capacity model.

The goal is not just to complete the lessons. The goal is to create a revenue system that is easier to inspect, improve and eventually support with AI.
